No Cookies. No Tracking. Nothing Loaded From Anywhere Else.
There is no consent banner on this site because there is nothing for one to gate. Here is the detail, so you do not have to take that on trust.

1. Cookies
This site does not set cookies. Not one, not even a "functional" one. No page returns a Set-Cookie header, and no page contains code that writes to document.cookie, localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. Nothing is remembered about you between pages or between visits.
That is the whole reason you have not been asked to accept anything. A cookie banner exists to obtain permission before storing something on your device — where nothing is stored, there is nothing to consent to, and a banner would be theatre.
2. Analytics and tracking
There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no advertising or retargeting pixel, no heat-mapping or session-recording tool, no social media tracker, and no third-party chat or support product. Visitor behaviour is not measured, profiled, scored, or sold.
3. Third-party requests
Every file this site loads is served from this domain — the pages, one stylesheet, the self-hosted font files, and one small script that powers the chat tool. No request made by any page on this site goes to any other company.
The typefaces are self-hosted in /assets/fonts/ for exactly this reason. Most sites load fonts from Google's servers, which transmits each visitor's IP address to Google on every page view — a practice that has been found to breach data protection law in the European Union. There is no reason for a website to do that, so this one does not.
Links to other websites appear throughout this site. Those are plain links: nothing is requested from the destination until you choose to click one, at which point the destination's own privacy policy applies.
4. The chat tool
The chat button in the corner is a scripted page element, not a hosted chat service. It runs entirely inside your browser, sends nothing anywhere, uses no language model, and does not remember anything between visits. It does not know your name, your location or your company unless you type them in.
When you fill in the project brief it offers to open your own email client with that text, or to copy it to your clipboard. Either way, you are the one sending it — which is also why nothing reaches this site without your knowledge.
5. Server logs
The hosting provider keeps standard web server logs for security, abuse prevention and reliability. Those logs contain what any web server records: IP address, time, the page requested, and the browser's user-agent string. They are not used to identify visitors, build profiles, or for advertising, and they are not combined with anything else.
6. If you email
If you get in touch, your message and contact details are kept so that the enquiry can be answered and a record of it retained. Nothing is added to a mailing list, and nothing is sold, rented or shared. There is no newsletter, and no marketing email is sent to anyone who has not asked for one.
7. If you become a client
Client information is treated as confidential. Client documents, drawings, schedules, pricing and correspondence are not published, quoted or reproduced anywhere on this site without written permission. If you are a client or former client and you believe something here identifies you, write in and it will be reviewed and removed promptly. See the disclaimer for the fuller statement.
8. Your rights
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union (UK GDPR / GDPR) or in California (CCPA/CPRA), you have rights of access, correction, deletion and portability over personal data held about you, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
In practice the only personal data held is whatever you chose to send by email, so exercising those rights is usually a short conversation. Write to hendrik@hendrikexec.com and it will be handled.
9. If this ever changes
If analytics, a hosted chat product, an embedded calendar or any other third-party service is ever added to this site, this page will be updated and, where the law requires it, permission will be requested before anything is stored on your device. That is a commitment rather than a formality.
10. Contact
Questions about anything on this page: hendrik@hendrikexec.com.
This page describes a plain, verifiable technical position: no cookies, no tracking, no third-party requests. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace the advice of your own advisers.
